The Yokogawa EJX110A Differential Pressure Transmitter is a high-performance pressure transmitter designed for accurate differential pressure measurement in industrial process applications. It is suitable for measuring liquid, gas, and steam, and can also be applied to flow, liquid level, density, and pressure measurement.
At the core of the EJX110A is Yokogawa's DPharp single-crystal silicon resonant sensor. The digital sensor directly outputs a digital signal, avoiding an additional analog-to-digital conversion stage. The sensor measures differential pressure, static pressure, and sensor temperature from a single sensing element, allowing compensation for the effects of static pressure and temperature on differential pressure measurement.
The EJX110A provides a reference accuracy of ±0.04% of span, with an optional high-accuracy specification of ±0.025% of span. It has a fast 90 ms primary-variable response time, 200:1 rangeability, and ±0.1% of URL per 15 years long-term stability. The specified overpressure effect is ±0.03% of URL.
The transmitter can also measure static pressure as a secondary variable. Static pressure can be displayed on the integral indicator or monitored remotely through supported digital communication interfaces. Yokogawa also provides advanced diagnostics designed to help identify process and instrument abnormalities.
The EJX110A is available with several communication configurations, including 4–20 mA DC with BRAIN or HART, as well as FOUNDATION Fieldbus and PROFIBUS PA versions. Remote setup, diagnostics, and communication capabilities support convenient commissioning and maintenance in industrial instrumentation systems.
The transmitter uses IEC 61518 standard process connection dimensions and a universal mounting concept, helping simplify installation and replacement across different process applications.
