The Yokogawa EJA110E Differential Pressure Transmitter is part of Yokogawa's EJA-E series of DPharp pressure transmitters and is designed for reliable differential pressure measurement in demanding industrial process applications. It is suitable for measuring the differential pressure of liquids, gases, and steam, as well as for flow, liquid level, density, and pressure applications.

At the heart of the EJA110E is Yokogawa's DPharp single-crystal silicon resonant sensor. Unlike conventional analog sensing technologies, the digital sensor directly processes the measured pressure information and enables the transmitter to compensate for the effects of static pressure and sensor temperature. This dynamic compensation helps maintain measurement accuracy when process conditions change.

The EJA110E provides a reference accuracy of ±0.055% of span, a response time of approximately 90 ms, and 100:1 rangeability. Its long-term stability is specified at ±0.1% of URL per 10 years, while the overpressure effect is specified at ±0.03% of URL. These characteristics make the transmitter suitable for applications where measurement stability and fast process response are important.

In addition to differential pressure, the EJA110E can measure static pressure as a secondary variable using the same sensor. Static pressure can be displayed locally or monitored remotely through the transmitter's digital communication interface, providing additional process information without requiring a separate pressure transmitter.

The EJA110E is available with several communication configurations, including 4–20 mA DC with BRAIN or HART 5/HART 7, FOUNDATION Fieldbus, PROFIBUS PA, and a low-power 1–5 V DC output with HART 7. This allows the transmitter to be integrated into a variety of industrial control and instrumentation systems.

The available measurement spans cover a broad range, from low differential pressures through higher-pressure applications. Depending on the selected capsule, the EJA110E supports measurement spans from 0.5 kPa up to 14 MPa, with corresponding range limits and configuration options.
