The Endress+Hauser Proline Promass G 100 is a compact Coriolis flowmeter designed for accurate measurement of liquids and gases in high-pressure applications. Its combination of a high-pressure sensor and an ultra-compact transmitter provides full measurement functionality while minimizing the footprint of the measuring point. 

Promass G 100 is particularly suited to system integrators, skid builders and equipment manufacturers where installation space is limited but reliable high-pressure flow measurement is required. The Coriolis measuring principle provides direct mass flow measurement and is largely independent of fluid properties such as viscosity and density. 

High-Pressure Liquid and Gas Measurement

The Promass G 100 is specifically designed for high-pressure process applications, with a maximum process pressure of 350 bar (5080 psi).

It provides measurement of:

The flowmeter is available in nominal diameters from DN8 to DN25 (⅜ to 1"), with a measuring range of up to 18,000 kg/h (662 lb/min). 

The measuring tube is manufactured from 1.4435 (316L) stainless steel, while the process connection is 1.4404 (316/316L). 

Threaded Process Connections

Promass G 100 uses internal threaded process connections, providing straightforward and secure integration into suitable high-pressure piping systems.

A rupture disc is also available as an option, providing an additional safety feature for high-pressure process applications. 

Ultra-Compact Transmitter

The Promass G 100 incorporates an ultra-compact transmitter housing, providing full functionality within a very small footprint.
