Endress+Hauser Proline Promass E 300 Coriolis Flowmeter
The Endress+Hauser Proline Promass E 300 is a mid-range Coriolis flowmeter designed for accurate measurement of liquids and gases across a wide range of standard industrial applications. It combines the reliable Promass E sensor with a compact, easily accessible transmitter, providing flexible operation, system integration and process diagnostics.
Based on the Coriolis measuring principle, Promass E 300 provides direct mass flow measurement while also measuring density, temperature and volume flow. Because Coriolis measurement is largely independent of fluid properties such as viscosity and density, the instrument can provide reliable measurement across changing process conditions.
Cost-Effective Coriolis Flow Measurement
Promass E 300 is designed as a multipurpose, cost-effective Coriolis flowmeter and can be used as an alternative to conventional volumetric flowmeters.
Its multivariable measurement capability allows flow, density and temperature to be obtained from a single measuring point, potentially reducing the number of process instruments required. The Coriolis measuring principle also enables space-saving installation without conventional inlet and outlet straight pipe runs.

Compact Dual-Tube Sensor
The Promass E 300 features a compact dual-tube Coriolis sensor suitable for a broad range of standard process applications.
The nominal diameter range is DN8 to DN80 (3/8 to 3"), with a maximum measuring range of 180,000 kg/h (6,615 lb/min). The measuring tube uses 1.4539 (904L) stainless steel, while the process connections use 1.4404 (316/316L).
Compact and Accessible Transmitter
A major advantage of the Promass E 300 is its compact, easily accessible transmitter.
The transmitter uses a dual-compartment housing with up to three I/Os and provides access to process and diagnostic information through configurable I/O and fieldbus options. A backlit display with touch control and WLAN access is available, while a remote display can be used when additional operating flexibility is required.
