The Endress+Hauser Proline Cubemass C 100 is an ultra-compact Coriolis flowmeter designed for accurate measurement of the smallest quantities of liquids and gases. Its compact single-tube sensor and ultra-compact transmitter make it particularly suitable for skids, test rigs, industrial robotics and space-constrained process equipment. 

Using the Coriolis measuring principle, Cubemass C 100 provides direct mass flow measurement while also measuring density, temperature and volume flow. The Coriolis principle operates largely independently of physical fluid properties such as viscosity and density, helping maintain reliable measurement performance across changing process conditions. 

Designed for Smallest Flow Rates

Cubemass C 100 is specifically optimized for very small liquid and gas flow rates. The sensor is available in nominal diameters from DN1 to DN6 (1/24 to 1/4"), with a measuring range of up to 1,000 kg/h. 

Compact Single-Tube Sensor

The Cubemass C 100 uses a space-saving single-tube design. The lightweight sensor is particularly suitable for skid-mounted equipment and other applications where installation space is limited.

Its compact construction allows users to integrate accurate Coriolis measurement into small process systems without requiring the footprint of a larger conventional flowmeter. 

The wetted measuring tube is manufactured from 904L stainless steel, with process connections available in 904L and 316/316L stainless steel, depending on configuration. 

High-Pressure Capability

Despite its compact dimensions, Cubemass C 100 is designed for demanding process conditions.

The maximum process pressure can reach 400 bar (5800 psi), while the medium temperature range extends from -50 to +205 °C (-58 to +401 °F), depending on the selected configuration. 

This combination of small-flow measurement and high-pressure capability makes the flowmeter suitable for specialized industrial applications where compact dimensions cannot come at the expense of process performance.

Ultra-Compact Transmitter

A key advantage of the Cubemass C 100 is its ultra-compact transmitter housing.

The transmitter provides full measurement functionality while occupying a very small installation footprint. A pre-configured plug connector simplifies electrical integration, while a local display is available for convenient operation. 
