The Endress+Hauser FLOWRUN is a modular fiscal gas flow metering system designed for accurate and reliable measurement of natural gas and process gases. Modular Fiscal Metering Solution
A major advantage of FLOWRUN is its modular system design. The metering package can be configured according to the required flow rate, pipe size, pressure rating, measurement accuracy and local regulatory requirements.
The system can integrate FLOWSIC600 or FLOWSIC600-XT ultrasonic gas flowmeters together with the Flow-X flow computer, pressure and temperature instrumentation, and the required piping arrangement. This allows the complete metering run to be engineered as a single integrated solution.
High-Accuracy Natural Gas Measurement
FLOWRUN is designed for applications requiring low measurement uncertainty. With appropriate calibration, the system can achieve a measurement uncertainty of 0.1%. The ultrasonic transit-time difference measurement principle provides accurate gas volume measurement while avoiding mechanical moving parts in the flowmeter.
The system can measure and calculate key parameters including gas composition, volume, pressure, temperature and flow calculation, providing the measurement data required for fiscal and custody transfer applications.
Integrated Flow Computer
FLOWRUN can be seamlessly integrated with the Endress+Hauser Flow-X flow computer, which performs the required flow calculations and processes measurement data from the metering system.
The integrated architecture helps simplify system design and provides a coordinated solution for gas volume measurement, pressure and temperature compensation, flow calculation and fiscal data processing.
Wide Size and Pressure Range
FLOWRUN can be configured for nominal pipe sizes from DN50 to DN1200 and pressure classes from Class 150 to Class 2500. The system supports medium temperatures from -40 °C to +180 °C, depending on the selected configuration and components.
This broad configuration range allows FLOWRUN to be adapted to different natural gas transmission, distribution, processing and industrial gas metering projects.
